Dear Colleagues, honorable guests and friends,

We have the pleasure of welcoming you to the IV Congress of the Armenian Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (AAPRAS), being organized under the auspices of the IPRAS and ESPRAS.

The Congress is a significant scientific event and is called Technology Innovations in Plastic Surgery – TIPS2013.

In the recent years plastic surgery has undergone great changes - new technologies, devices and procedure are being introduced extremely fast.  The aim of our Congress is to bring together professionals for presentations and discussions of the latest news in technology innovations in Plastic Surgery.

My opinion is that experience and thoughts exchange during meetings and congresses is one of the best ways to stay updated in latest news.

Dear colleagues, your participation will strengthen the process of the Congress make it more interesting and productive. You can also share here your knowledge and experience with young specialists and residents in Plastic Surgery.

The TIPS Congress will take place from 24th to 26th of October 2013 in Yerevan, the capital of the Republic of Armenia. The venue of the Congress will be the Matenadaran.

We have prepared for you an interesting social program. Middle autumn is a pleasant season in Armenia. During your stay you will have the opportunity to get in touch with the ancient culture Armenia, see buildings made BC and modern building, see pigeon churches as well as Christian churches.
